Simple Omelette
Always to great way to start the day. Omelette's are low carb, high in fat & protein, and easy to make. I made this recipe as simple as possible, but included a few optional ingredients that I personally like to use. Feel free to add whatever spices & vegetables you like!

- 3 lrg eggs
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese I recommend cheddar or Monterrey Jack
- 1 scallion (optional)
Spices
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch garlic powder (optional)
Add eggs to medium sized bowl and whisk.
Chop scallions and add to bowl with eggs with spices. Mix.
Heat medium sized nonstick pan and add butter.
After butter is melted, spread it evenly across the pan and pour in omelette mix from the bowl
Wait about 1 1/2 minutes and flip with spatula.
Add cheese to half of omelette and fold in pan with spatula. Fry each side for about another 30 seconds.
